How much will I earn per sale?+
You earn 70% of every sale. If your itinerary is priced at $25, you receive $17.50 per purchase. Payouts are made monthly directly to your bank or PayPal account.
Who sets the price of my itinerary?+
We price itineraries collaboratively with you based on trip length, destination, depth of content, and market demand. The typical range is $15–$40. You'll always approve the final price before it goes live.
Can I sell an itinerary I've shared on my blog?+
Generally yes, as long as you own the content and it hasn't been exclusively licensed elsewhere. Let us know in the submission form and we'll review it case by case.
What format should my itinerary be in?+
Any format works — PDF, Word doc, Google Doc link, or even a well-organized notes file. We'll reformat everything to Trovana's standard template once approved. Just make sure the content is all there.
How long does the review process take?+
We aim to respond to every submission within 5–7 business days. If we need more information or clarification, we'll reach out by email. Once approved, your itinerary typically goes live within 2 weeks.
Can I submit more than one itinerary?+
Absolutely — and we encourage it. Once you're an approved Trovana seller, you can submit new itineraries anytime. There's no limit to how many you can have listed.
What if my submission is rejected?+
We'll always tell you why, and give you specific feedback on what could make it stronger. Many rejected itineraries come back improved and get approved on the second submission.
Do I keep ownership of my content?+
Yes, always. You retain full ownership of everything you submit. Trovana licenses the right to display and sell your itinerary on the platform — you can withdraw it at any time with 30 days notice.
